Chcete zboží vrátit?
Jako spotřebitel máto právo odstoupit od smlouvy ve lhůtě 14 dní ode dne převzetí zboží bez udání důvodu.
- Vyplňte vzorový formulář pro odstoupení od smlouvy*: ke stažení ZDE
- Zboží, spolu s vyplněným formulářem, zašlete na adresu: AQUAFLASK, Slovinská 751/9, Praha 10100, Česká republika
Formulář může být odeslán také elektronicky na email: hello@aquaflask.cz-> Zboží musí být vráceno kompletní, v původním stavu, nesmí jevit známky opotřebení a používání.
-> Formulář pro odstoupení od smlouvy musí být řádně vyplněný.
-> Pokud bude zboží zasláno prodávajícímu na dobírku, zásilka nebude přijata. Náklady spojené s vrácením zboží nese výlučně kupující. - Peníze Vám vrátíme bankovním převodem co nejrychleji, nejdéle do 14 dnů.
* Spotřebitel může odstoupit od smlouvy také jakýmkoli jednoznačným prohlášením vůči prodávajícímu.
Chcete reklamovat zboží?
Jako spotřebitel máte právo reklamovat zboží ve lhůtě dvou let ode dne převzetí zboží.

- Vadné zboží, spolu s reklamačním formulářem, zašlete na adresu: AQUAFLASK, Slovinská 751/9, Praha 10100, Česká republika
Formulář může být odeslán také elektronicky na email: hello@aquaflask.cz - Reklamaci vyřídíme a informujeme Vás do 30 dnů od uplatnění reklamace.
Další práva a povinnosti prodávajícího a kupujícího z uzavřené kupní smlouvy jsou stanoveny v obchodních podmínkách prodávajícího.

Do you want to return the goods?
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods without giving a reason.

- Send the goods, together with the completed form, to the following address: AQUAFLASK, Slovinská 751/9, Prague 10100, Czech Republic

-> The goods must be returned complete, in their original condition, and must not show signs of wear and tear or use.
-> The withdrawal form must be properly completed.
-> If the goods are sent to the seller on delivery, the shipment will not be accepted. The costs associated with returning the goods are borne exclusively by the buyer. - We will return the money to you by bank transfer as quickly as possible, no later than 14 days.
* The consumer can also withdraw from the contract by any clear statement to the seller.
Do you want to make a complaint about the goods?
As a consumer, you have the right to make a complaint about the goods within two years from the date of receipt of the goods..
